Privacy & Cookie Policy
This policy explains how Baltic Nutra Projects handles personal information when you visit balticnutra.com or contact us about a supplement manufacturing or private-label project. For privacy questions or requests, email sales@balticnutra.com.
Information you provide
Our contact form asks for your first and last name, email address, company, country and a free-text request. Name, email address and the request are required; company and country are optional. If you contact us directly by email, we receive your email address and the information you include in your correspondence. Please do not include sensitive personal information or information about other people that is not needed for your enquiry.
How enquiry information is used
We use your information to respond to your request, understand your product requirements and discuss a potential business relationship. Contact-form submissions are addressed to sales@balticnutra.com, and your email address is used as the reply address. Enquiry handling relies on our legitimate interest in responding to business communications; where you request steps towards a contract with you, processing may also be necessary for those steps. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter.
Website operation and service providers
The website is hosted through Lovable. Contact-form emails use Lovable’s managed email service. Hosting and email providers process information needed to operate the website and transmit messages. The website also loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which involves a request from your browser to Google. Technical information, such as your IP address and browser information, can be received by services when your browser makes these requests.
Website analytics are enabled to provide visitor and page-view statistics. These statistics help us understand how the website is used. Hosting, email, font and analytics services may process information outside your country; applicable data-protection requirements and any required transfer safeguards depend on the service and processing involved. You can contact us for information about providers and safeguards relevant to your data.
Cookies and browser storage
The website displays a cookie-preference notice with “Essential” and “Accept all” choices. Your selection is stored in your browser’s local storage under the name “bn-cookie-consent”, with the value “essential” or “all”. This remembers your choice so the notice does not appear on every visit. Local storage is not a cookie and is not automatically sent with each website request.
This preference has no expiry set by the website and remains until you remove it or your browser clears it. To choose again, clear this website’s stored data in your browser settings and reload the website. Browser settings also let you block or delete cookies and local storage; doing so can affect website functions. The notice records your preference, but should not be interpreted as a description of every hosting or third-party request.
Retention and security
Enquiry information may be held in correspondence and service-provider records. Retention depends on the purpose of the communication, any resulting business relationship and applicable legal obligations; this policy does not specify a fixed retention period for all records. Contact us to ask about the retention or deletion of your particular enquiry.
The contact form validates submitted information and limits repeated submissions to reduce misuse. No internet transmission or electronic storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your data-protection rights
Where applicable under data-protection law, including the GDPR, you may request access to your personal data, correction, erasure, restriction of processing or data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, without affecting earlier lawful processing. These rights are subject to the conditions and exceptions in the applicable law.
Send requests to sales@balticnutra.com. We may need information to verify your identity before responding. You also have the right to complain to a competent data-protection authority, including the authority in the EU country where you live or work.
Policy updates
Updates to this policy will be posted on this page when the website or its information-handling practices change.
